Glock 45 MOS – 9mm (17+1 Rounds)
The Glock 45 MOS takes the hugely popular G45 crossover concept and adds a factory optics-ready slide. You get the same combination of a compact G19-length slide and full-size G17 grip – giving fast handling up front with a solid, full-hand purchase at the rear – plus the ability to mount a micro red-dot using Glock’s Modular Optic System plate set.
As a Gen 5 pistol, the G45 MOS features the Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) for improved accuracy, revised internals and a frame with no finger grooves, so it fits a wider range of hand sizes more comfortably. An ambidextrous slide stop lever and reversible magazine catch make the controls friendlier for left-handed shooters, and the lightly flared magwell helps speed up reloads under pressure.
In standard configuration, the Glock 45 MOS uses double-stack 9mm magazines that provide a 17+1 round capacity, with optional extended magazines available for range or competition use. The Safe Action striker-fired system gives a consistent trigger press from first shot to last, backed by Glock’s three internal safeties.
The MOS slide is pre-cut and pre-drilled to accept adapter plates for popular red-dot footprints, while still keeping usable iron sights so you can run the pistol with or without a dot. Front and rear slide serrations give solid purchase for press-checks and manipulations, and the nDLC finish on slide and barrel improves hardness and corrosion resistance – ideal for daily carry, duty use or South African heat and humidity.
