Citadel Boss 25 – Tactical Semi-Automatic Shotgun in 12 Gauge (5+1 Rounds)
The Citadel Boss 25 is a 12-gauge semi-automatic shotgun designed with a modern tactical look and AR-style handling. If you’re comfortable on an AR platform, the Boss 25 will feel instantly familiar – from its pistol grip and adjustable stock to the controls and rail layout – but with the power and versatility of a 12-gauge shotgun.
Built around a gas-operated system with a 3″ chamber, the Boss 25 is designed to run a range of 12-gauge loads suitable for semi-automatic shotguns. The detachable box magazines are one of the big advantages of this platform; this model is supplied with two 5-round magazines, giving you a 5+1 capacity when running a round in the chamber. Additional magazines and higher-capacity options are available separately, allowing you to tailor the setup to your intended use.
The shotgun features a full-length Picatinny rail on the receiver and handguard, ready for red-dot sights or optics, and comes with removable/open sights as standard (fitment varies by batch). M-LOK / accessory mounting points on the handguard make it easy to add lights, foregrips or other accessories. The adjustable stock helps you find a comfortable length of pull, whether you’re shooting offhand on the range or from supported positions.
With its aggressive styling, ventilated handguard and tactical furniture, the Citadel Boss 25 is well suited to South African shooters looking for a modern, magazine-fed semi-auto for club shooting, range fun or home defence roles, while still offering the everyday practicality of a 12-gauge shotgun.
